Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
2. Manage financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
5. Lead budgeting and financial control processes.
6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
7. Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team.
8. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
9. Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position within the FMCG industry.
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
5. Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
